All of the PVCu products supplied through Window Service Centre are guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This guarantee covers frames, sealed units and PVCu panels. Fittings carry the manufacturers warranty of 12 months.
This guarantee remains with the installed frames on a property should it be sold, provided these details are given in writing to us and PROVIDED that the windows have been properly maintained and serviced by the previous householder or current householder.
Aluminium products supplied through Window Service Centre have a guarantee for each individual contract. Due to the corrosive climate of Guernsey and the close proximity of most local properties to the sea a marine paint specification is always required and each guarantee is provided by our suppliers at the time of supply/installation.
This guarantee is dependent on the householder keeping a record of the maintenance undertaken and frequency in which it is applied.
